Arizona Cypress also known as "Blue Ice Cypress" is certainly one of the most under-rated plants. They have a snow white look as if it has always just snowed.
We recommend planting them 5 or 6 feet apart if you are trying to create privacy. These trees are evergreen plants and will not shed there leaves. They have a lovely aromatic smell, which is why we love shipping them.
Some people make a stagering privacy fence with these and Leyland Cypress Trees. This creates a unique pattern that is rarely found in other yards.
